Who are our Caregivers? Associate Home Care personally interview each applicant to make sure they are well qualified and suited for the responsibility.
We match our caregiver to a particular client based on, among other criteria, the skills of the caregiver to the level of care of the client. They must have at least 2 years of paid verifiable work experience in elderly care. They must have at least 4 verifiable work references and at least 4 personal references. They must have the necessary health screening certificates like negative TB test among others. They must have a valid and current 1st Aid and CPR certificates. They must pass a drug test and criminal background check. They are knowledgeable regarding senior aging related issues. They are competent, well trained and qualified to take care of the elderly. Most of all they are compassionate, trustworthy and love the responsibilities that comes with being a caregiver.
